WHEREAS,
is without
paid prior
the Jeffersonville-Clark County Building Authority
funds and certain preliminary costs will have to be
to the time when said authority will have funds available,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council that
an emergency exists for the appropriation of $1000.00 from the
General Fund as an advancement to such authority, which sum
will be repaid when such authority has funds available.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as proveded by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 4th day of April, 1966.
