BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON

Beginning at a point on the line dividing Surveys Nos.
4 and 11 where said dividing line intersects the center
line of the Jeffersonville Flood Control levy, said point
of intereection being the true place of beginning; thence
Northwardly along the center line of the Flood Control
levy to the property line of the First Baptist Church;
thence N. 49° 35' 30" E., 45.71 feet; thence N. 37° 22'
W., to a point on the Northwesterly right of way of State
Road 62; thence Southwesterly along said northwestern right
of way line 1511 feet to a point on said State Road 62
r~ght of way.
Thence Northwestwardly 250 feet more or less to a point
on the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana Corporation Line,
Thence Southwestwardly 1000 feet more or less along said
Corporation Line to a point on the Eastern Corporation line
of said City of Jeffersonville also the line dividing Surveys
NOS. l0 & 11 of the Illinois Grant to Clark County, Indiana,
Thence Southeastwardly along said Corporation line and along
said Line dividing said Surveys Nos. 10 & 11 to a point
on the line dividing Surveys Nos. 3 & 10,
Thence Northeastwardly along the line dividing said Surveys
Nos. 3 & 10 and said Corporation line to a point on said
Jeffersonville Flood Control Levee, THE TB~E PLACE OF BEGINNING.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Common Council.
