the Fire Department.
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of Janumry, 1967, at a regular
meeting of the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, held in the Court Room of the Court House of said city,
the Common Council passed a resolution fixing the 6th day of
February, 1967, at 7:30 P.M., as the time, and the Court Room
in the Court House as the ~ace for a meeting of said Council
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an ordinance transferring certain funds
within variousdepartments, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk Treasurer has given notice of the time,
place and purpose of such meeting in the manner prescribed by
law, and
~CHER~S, it has been determined by the Common Councf[ that
an emergency exists for the transfer and appropriation of specified
sums as set out in said notice and as hereinafter set out:
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That an emergency exists and the following transfers of
funds and appropriations is and are hereby made and ordered:
