sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the
Court House in said City on the f day of -4-~m~ .... ,
196 .., at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget
adopted for the fiscal year of 1967.
An additional appropriation from the ParksDepartment Capitol
Non-Reverting Fund in the amount of $3,~73.48 for the following
purposes:
Stoves, bleachers, tables
Concrete
Lay out design
Safety swings
Basketball backstop
Grading, seeding
Chain link backstop
Slide, whirl, other equipment

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Treasurer of said
City of jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed

to give notice as provide by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
