BE IT RESOLVED by the Co~on Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Co,non Council will meet in special
session in the Clerk Treasurer's Office on the 2tst day of August,
1967~ at 4.:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year of 1967.
AN addition appropriation from the General Fund in the
amount of $50,000.00 for the purpose of an advancement to
the Jeff~ersonville-Clark County Building A~h~ority for
preliminar~ costs and expenses in ~nnection with the
construction of a city-~ounty building. Such s~m will
be repaid to the General Fund of the city by the Bui_dzng
Authority upon the sale of bonds to procure the necessary
funds for the construction of such building.
BE IT FURTheR RESOLVED that the Clerk Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana,
