BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will be in the
Court Room in the Court House in Jeffersonville on the ~
day of July, 1967, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of
an ordinancermking the following appropriation in addition to
the annual budget adopted for the fiscal ~ar of 1967.
To appropriate the sum of $1750.00 from the General
Fund of the Civil City to the Mayor's General Promotion
Fund for City (#58).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 5th day of June, 1967.
