BE tT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the
Court House in said City on the 3rd day of April, 1967, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the
following appropriations in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year of 1967.
The appropriation of the isum of $28,000.00 from the
Cumulative Capital Improvment Fund for the purpose of
constructing a new street to connect Ewing Lane, Martha
Avenue, Chippewa and Kewanna and for the construction
of a storm sewer from Walnut Street to Penn and for the
construction of a storm sewer on Magnolia Avenue and for
the construction of a storm sewer at Kewanna Drive and
for the purchase of a tractor equipped with payloader and
backhoe.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
