need for uniformity in the ordinances regarding subdiviSion regulations,
building codes, planning and zoning, and related matters, of all
the communities of Clark County, and
WHEREAS, such uniformity would be of advantage to all c~mmunities
in the county,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common CoUncil of the
City of Jeffersonville petitions and.requests the Clark County
Regional Planning Board to investigate, prepare and submit an
ordinance for possible passage by this body, and all other legislative
bodys in the county.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this '~ day of December, 1968.
