WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items
and
WHEREAS, there is now within the s'ame budge~ catagories suffi-
cient moneys to pay such iadditional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE~ that the sums of money as here-
inafter set out within each department shall be ~transferred as in-
dicated.
