Indiana, that said Common Council will mee~ in the Court House in said
city on the 4th day of November, 1968, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage
of an ordinance making the following appropriations in addition to the
annual budge~ adopted for the fiscal year of 1968.
