Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Court H~se in said
City on the 7th day of October, 1968, at 7:30 P.Mo, for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage
of an ordinance making t~he following appropriations in addition to the`
annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of t968.
