BE IT ~SOLVED by the Con, on Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in theCourt
House in said City on the 29th day of July, 1968, at 7:30 P.M.,
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following agpro-
priation in addition to ~he annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year of 1968.
A Special Appropriation from the General Fund in the amount
of $3:100.00 for the purpose of paying the SalarY o~ an
additional inspector for the Building Commission and the
social security on such salary for the period of July 1,
1968 to December 31, 1968.
BEI~IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Treasurer of said City
of jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 24th day of_l_J~~-' .
