BE IT RESOLVED by the common Council of the City of J~ffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meeb in the Court
House in said City. on the 26th !day of August, 1968, at 7:30 P.M.,
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following appro-
priation in addition to the annual budgeb adopted for the fiscal
year of 1968.
A special appropriation in the amount of $2500.33 from
the General Fund to $723 Sanitation Equipment Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
