BE IT P~ESOLVED bY the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meeK in the
Court House in said City on the ~ day of June, 1968, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists fOr the passage of an ordinance making the
following appropriation in additiOn to the annual bUdget adopted
for the fiscal year of 1968.
A Special Appropriation from the General Fund for the
sum of $10,887.40 for the purpose of re~imbursing the
Department of Redevelopment of the City of Jeffersonville
for cost of two assistants to the BUilding Commissioner of
the City of Jeffersonville.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and direCted to
give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this ~ day of May, 1968.
