An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 1633 Such
Original Ordinance Creating a Commission on
Human Relations.
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, on the 5th day of April, 1965, passed Ordinance No. 1633
creating a commission on human relations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Ordinance No. 1633
be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
SeCtilon 1.
That Section 3 of the said Ordinance No. 1633 shall read
seven (7) members and the words five (5) members shall be deleted.
· ~SeCtion 2. /-
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage bY the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
