Residential to B-2, Service Business
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonvilte,
Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being ordinance no. 1527, be amended
in that the property hereinafter described is reclassified and rezoned as
follows:
From R-i, Residential to B-2, Service Business:
Lot No. 9 in Ridgeway Park, as shown on plat of record in
Plat Book 6, page 79, in the office of the Recorder of
Clark County, Indiana, being 1014 Western Avenue, 1401,
1401 1/2, 1403 and 1405 Youngstown Drive.
This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
