An Ordinance Authorizing Special Appropriations
from the Fire Department, Street Department-
Sanitation Fund and General ~u~Nd
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 6th day of May~ 1968~ at e
meeting of %he Common CouKcil of the City of Jeffersonvm
held in the Court Room of the Court Mouse of said city, the Common
Council passed e resolu~-~ion fixing the 3r~t day of June, 1968,
at 7:30 z .M~ ~ at the ~cuz~ Nouse mn said City as ~he time and
place for a meeting of the said Common Council for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exis~ for the
for the passage of an ordinance making the appropriations as here-
inafter set out. and
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer has given notice of the time~
place and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by
law, and
