BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, bezn~ Ordinance No. 1527, be amend-
ed in that the properties hereinafter described is reclassified and re-
zoned as follows:
From I-1 Light Industry to R-2 Residential:
Ail of Block 91 bounded by Indiana Avenue, Ninth Street,
Ohio Avenue and Eighth Street.
From I-1 Light Industry to B-3 General Business:
Ail of Lots 9, 10 and 11 in Block 65.
Ail of Lot 7 in Block 9 lying outside of the right-of-
way of the Jeffersonville Flood Control District Floodwall.
Ail of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Block 10.
From B-3 General Business to R-2 Residential:
All of Lots 183 and 184.
Ail of Lots 144 and 145.
All of Lots 48 and 49.
All of Lots 14 and 15.
From B-2 Service Business to R-2 Residential:
The East Half of Lot 233, all of Lots 234, 235 and 236 and
Sub-Lots 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 37 of Outlot 252.
A part of Lots 237, 238, 239 and Outlot 253 described as
follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly
line of Locust Street with the Northerly line of Maple
Street; thence Northerly 313.0 feet along said Easterly
line to the said Southerly line of an alley; thence East-
erly 170.92 feet along aaid Southerly line of the alley
to the Westerly line of an alley; thence Southerly 100.0
feet along said Westerly line to the end of the alley;
thence Easterly 15.0 feet along the Northerly line of
Lot 239; thence Southerly 213.0 feet along a line parallel
with the Easterly line of Locust Street to the Northerly
line of Maple Street; thence Westerly 185.92 feet along
said Northerly line to the point of beginning.

Ail of Lots 95, 96, and 97.
The Easterly 78.0 feet of Lot 59 and all of Lots 60 and 61.
Ail of Lot 24 and the Westerly 38.0 feet of Lot 25.

Ail of Lots 11, 12,
Ail of Lots t, 2, 3
right-of-way of the
in Block 9.

and 4 in Block 9 situated outside of the
Jeffersonville Flood Control Floodwall,
also all of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block 10 situated outside
of the right-of-way of the Jeffersonville Flood Control
District Floodwall, also that part of the Commercial Square
situated between the right-of-way of the jeffersonville Flood
Control District Floodwall and Riverside Drive (formerly
known as First Street).
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
