the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 7th day of April, 1969, at a regular
meeting of the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
held in the Court Room of the Court House of said City, the Com~non
Council passed a resolution fixing the 5th day of May, 1969, at 7:30
P.M., at the Court House in said City as the time and place for a
meeting of the said Common Council for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
ordinance appropriating certain funds, and,
WHEREAS, the Clerk Treasurer has given notice of the time, place
and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Common Council that an
emergency exists for the appropriation of specified sums as set out
in said notice and as hereinafter set out;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE,
IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
INDIANA:
Section 1.
hereby made and ordered:
Appropriations from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund
for the following:
Amount
The installation of a Surface Drainage Sewer off
8th Street. $3,706.00
Additional work on Magnolia Avenue Surface
Drainage Sewer.
191.00
That an emergency exists and the following appropriations are
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
