lative Capital Improvement Fund, Motor vehicle
Fund
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 3rd day of February, 1969, at a
regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, held in the Court ROOm of the CoHrt House of said City,
the Common Council passed a resolution fixing the 3rd day of March,
1969, at 7:30 P.M., at the Court House in said City as the time and
place for a meeting of the said Common Council for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the
passage of an ordinance making an appropriation from the various
funds hereinafter se~ out, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk Treasurer has. given notice of the time,
place and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law,
and
WHEREAS,it having bee~ determined by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville that an emergency eXists for the appropriations
hereinafter set out and for the purposes stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
'S~ction :1.
That an emergency exists and that there shall be and hereby is
appropriated the following:
1. Additional appropriations from the Department of
: t~e~evelopment Fund to Redevelopment Non-Reverting
Fund for
Dirt Fill and Grading $ 325.00
TraveI& Transportation 1,500.00
Preparing of Survey and Planning
Application for the C~aysburg Neighbor-
hood Development Program

2. Additional appropriation from the Cumulative Capital
Improvement Fund in th~ amount of $125,000.00 for the
purpose of paying city's portion of exit ramp and
street 'from Interstate Highway 65 to Market Street;
thsnce to Illinois Avenue; thence to 4th Street.
Additional appropriations from the Motor Vehicle Fund
to:

Streets &Alleys $20,000.00
M.V. $723 Equipment 20,000.00
4. Additional appropriations from the Parks Department
