BE IT ORDAINED by the Common CoUncil of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1527, be amend-

ed in that the propertle hereinafter described is reclassified and re-
zoned as follows:
From B-i, Local Business, to R-2, Residential:
A part of LOt 12 in Block 13 and a part of Lot 171 in the
City of Jeffersonville, described as follows: Beginning
at the Northwest corner of said Lot 12; thence Easterly
153 feet along the Northerly line of said Lots; thence
Southerly and paralleI with the Easterly line of said
Lot 12, 196.5 feet; thence Westwardly at right angles to
said EasterlY line 163 feet to the Westerly line'°f said
Lot 12; thence Northerly along said WeSterly line 91.2
feet to the point of beginning.
From I~l, Light Industry, to R-2, Residential:
The part of the Shallcross Block situated North of Market
Street and between Meigs Avehue/and Mechanic Street.
