An Ordinance RezoninQ Certain Property From
R-2, Residential, to B-i, Local Business.
BE IT ORD~NED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being Ordinance No.
1527, be amended in that the property hereinafter described is
reclassified and rezoned as follows~
From R-2, Residential, to B-i, Local Business:
Lots Numbers One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9),
and Ten (10), in Block Number Two (2) of William T.
Ingram, Anna L. Ingram and Eliza A Read's Subdivision
No. 1 (Fulton Grove) in Letter A of Survey No. 2 of
the Illinois Grant as the same appears on the plat of
said Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page
51, in the Office of the Recorder of Clark County,
Indiana.
This Ordinanee shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
