An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property From
R-2, Residential,to B-3, General Business.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being Ordinance No.

1527, be amended in that the property hereinafter describe is
reclassified and rezoned as follows:
From R-2, Residential, to B-3, General Business:
A part of Survey No. 11 of the Illinois Grant, beginning
at a stake in the center of the Old Plank Road, opposite
the lands of Clarence Norris, and also being the west
corner of Floyd Redding's 29.16 acre parcel, as described
in a deed from Guy Daily and wife, recorded in Deed Record
107, page 160 in said Survey No. 11; thence S. 40° E. 66
rods with Floyd Redding's line to a stone; thence S. 49°
20' W. 28.48 rods to a stake; thence N. 40° 30' W. 48.80
rods to the center of the Old Plank Road; thence with the
center of the Old Plank Road 33.46 rods, more or less, to
the place of beginning, containing 10 acres, more or less.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
