AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
FROM THE DEPARTmeNT OF REDEVELOPMENT NON-REVERTING
FUND ACCOUNT.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 6th day of July, 1970, at a regular
meeting of the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, held in the City-County Building in said City, the Common
Council passed a resolution fixing the 3rd day of August, 1970,
at 7:30 P.M., at the City-County Building in said City ~ the
time and place for a meeting of the said Cormmon Council for the
purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency exists
for the passage of an ordinance making an appropriation from the
various funds hereinafter set out, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk Treasurer has given notice of the time,
place and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law,
and
WHEREAS, it having been determined by the Common Council of
the City of Jeffersonville that an emergency exists for the appro-
priation hereinafter set out and for the purpose stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDIANED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
Section 1.
That an emergency exists and that there shall be and hereby
is appropriated the following:
An additional appropriation from the Department of
Redevelopment.Non-Reverting Fund Account in the amount
of $625.00 for Engineering fees and Site Improvements
Contract P.roject ~Ind. R-34.
This

ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
passage and approval by the State Board offTax Commissioners.
