An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property From R-l,
Residential to R-2, Residential.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
so~ville, Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being ordinance No.
1527, be amended in that the property hereinafter described is
reclassified and rezoned as follows:
From R-l, Residential to R-2, Residential:
Being Lots 37, 38~ and 39 of C~therine, M. Hopkin~S
Subdivision, as the same appears of record in Plat
Book 3, page 71, in the
Clark County, Indiana.
This Ordinance shall be in
