An Ordinance Approving a Contract with Clark-Floyd
Landfill Corporation for the Operation of a
Sanitary Landfill.
BE iT ORDAINED BY TEE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF JEFPER-
SONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That the agreement dated the 4th day of Hay, 1970, between
this City and the Clark-Floyd Land Fill Corporation, a copy of
which agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
approved.
Section 2.
That the proper officer of said city are hereby authorized
to~ecute said contract.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
