An Ordinance Approving the Interlocal Cooperative
Agreement Concerning the Sanitary Landfill.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COFa~ON COUNCIL OP THE CiTY OF JEPPER-
SON~iLLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement concerning the
sanitary landfill, between this city, the County of Clark, the
County of Floyd and the City of New Albany, a copy of which said
agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby
approved.
Section 2.
That the proper officers of said city are hereby authorized
to execute said agreement.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall be in full
after its passage and approval.
