BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the
City-County B~ilding in said City on the 4th day of October,
1971, at 7:30 P.M., and will consider the follo~ing appropriations
which the Common Council considers necessary to meet the extra-
ordinary emergency existing at this time.
An appropriation from Parking Meter Department to the
Parks Department General Fund for construction of acquatic
facilities of Springhill Pool in the amount of $30~800.00.
An appropriation from the Parks Department General Fund
for acquatic facilities at Springhill Pool in the amount
of $56,368.08.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Treasur~of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana,-this 13th day of S~er, 1971. ~
