BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffers~nville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet
in the City-County Building in said City on 13th day of
September, 1971, at 7:30 P.M., and will consider the
following appropriations which the Common Council considers
necessary to meet the extraordinary emergency existing at
this time.
An appropriation from the Parks Department Capital-
Non-Reverting Fund for partial payment of Springhill
Park Pool in the amount of $4,682.92.
An additional appropriation from the General Fund
for payment of medical expenses for Daniel Tyus
for injuries sustained from gunshots by Police,
in the amount of $400.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Treasurer of
said City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, hereby ordered and
directed to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of
