WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City
of Je~fersonville has received from the Depart~nt of
the sum of.$22,156.00 from the sale of real estate to such
ment, and
WHEREAS, said money has heretofore been designated as a
part of the Parks Department share of the costs of the construction ..
of the Spring Hill Pool in the Claysburg section of said city, and
WHEREAS, this moneyhas been credited to the Parks Department
General Fund and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore ,authorized the temp~'
orary use of this amount from the General FUndlof the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
of the City of Jeffersonvitle, Indiana, that the Clerk Treasurer
be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to withdraw such
sum from the Parks Department General Fund and.deposit the same
in the General Fund of the Civil City and such sum is hereby
appropriated from such General Fund ~f the Civil City for the
purpose of .being expended for payment of the Parks Department's
portion of the construction costs of the Spring Hill Pool.
