BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the
City-County Building in said City on the 1st day of March, 1971,
at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance
making the following appropriations in addition to the annual
budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1971.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed

Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 1st day of February, 1971.
