from Monies received from Special Activities
of the Parks Department.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONViLLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That pursuant to the authority granted by the General Assembly
of the State of Indiana in Section 5 IC 1971 19-7-4-26, being
Public Law No. 305, pages 1241 and 1242, Volume II, 1971 Acts,
the Board of Parks and Recreation of the City may make expenditures
from its Special Non-Reverting Operating Fund without appropriation
of those funds deposited therein received from sources in such
act set out.
Section 2.
This' Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
