Certain Real Estate.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVLLE,
INDIANA:
Section~'l.
That the Department of Parks and Recreation be, and hereby is,
authorized to lease to the Clark Association of Arts and Crafts, Inc.,
an Indiana Corporation, not for profit, the following described
real estate in the City of jeffersonville, Indiana, particularly
described thus:
A parcel of land in Old Port Fulton now in the City of
jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of
the westerly right of way line of Jefferson Street with
the northerly right-of-way line of High Street; thence
South 58° 04' 28" West along ~e northerly right-of-waY
line of High Street a distance of 310.0 feet to a point;
32" distance of 50.11 feet
thence North 32° 10' West a
to a point; thence North 23° 33' 28" East a distance of
118.56 feet to a point; thence North 54° 29' 03" East a
distance of 154.63 feet to a point; thence North 32° 10'
32" West a distance of 63.60 feet to a point; thence
North 57° 49' 28" East a distance of 57.70 feet to a point
on the westerly right-of-way line of Jefferson Street;
thence South 32° 10' 32" East along the westerly right-of-way
line of Jefferson Street a distance of 190.80 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 38,553 square feet.
Section 2..
The term of such lease including the lease rental and the
length of the leasehold shall be determined by the Mayor~/~the
Board of pa~k§ and Recreation of the City.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approv~)
