from the Cumulative .Cap}~tal Improvement Fund.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the_ ~ ~ay of 1972,
at a ~?~-~/~Z meeting of the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, held in the City-County Building of
said City, the Common Council passed a resolution fixing the
25th day of September, 1972, at 7:30 P.M., at the City-County
Building, in said City as the time and place for a meeting of the
said Common Council for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
an appropriation from the fund hereinafter set out, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk Treasurer has given notice of the time,
place and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law,
and
WHEREAS, it hag~ng ~een~det~r~ned by the Common Council
of the City of jeffersonville that an emergency exists for the
appropriation hereinafter set out and for the purpose stated;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA: Section 1.
That an emergency exists and that there shall be and hereby
is appropriated the following:
An additional appropriation in the amount of $20,000.00
from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund for the
following improvements to the jeffersonville Fieldhouse.
1. To install gas heaters.
2. Ladies dressing facilities.
$. Two electric clocks.
4. Floor markings and plates on gym floor.
Section
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
