An Ordinance Aut~brizing A Special Appropriation
From the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the ~/' _ of 1972, at

a S~c?~ meeting of the Common Council of the City of Jeff-
ersonville, Indiana, held in the City-County Building of said City,
the Common Council passed a resolution fixing the 28th day of
August, 1972, at 7:30 P.M., at the City-County Building in said city as
the time and place for a~meeting of the said Common Council for the
purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency exists
for the passage of an ordinance making an appropriation from the
funds hereinafter set out, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer ~assgiven notice of the time, place
and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law, and
WHEREAS, it having been determined by the Common Council of
the city of Jeffersonville that an emergency exists for the appro-
priation hereinafter set out and for the purpose stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
