An Ordinance Transferring Certain Funds Within
The Same Department.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since
the adoption of the existing annuabl budget and it nas become neces-
sary :o appropriate more money for certain budgetary items, and
Whereas, there is now within~ the same departmen: sufficient moneys
to pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT OR3AINED by the Common
