An Ordinance Authorizing a Special Appropriation
From the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to
the Sewer Construction Fund.
WHEREAS,
at a special
Jeffersonville,
heretofore on the 21st day of February, 1972,
meeting of the Common Council of the City of
Indiana, held in the City-County Building of said
City, the Common Council passed a resolution fixing the 20th
day of March, 1972, at 10:30 A.M., at the City-County Building
in said City as the time and place for a meeting of the said
Common Council for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an ~mergency exists for the passage of an ordinance
making
place
and
WHEREAS, it having been determined by the Common Council
of the City of Jeffersonville that an emergency exists for the
appropriation hereinafter set out and for the purpose stated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That an emergency exists and that there shall be and
an appropriation from the funds hereinafter set out, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk Treasurer has given notice of the time,
and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law,

An appropriation from the Cumulative Capital
Fund to the Sewer Construction Fund in the
$75,000.00.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax
Commissioners.
