BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
$onville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-
County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 5th day of
October, 1973, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and
determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
ordinance making the following appropriations in addition to the
annual budget for the fiscal year of 1973.
A special appropriation from the Revenue
the amount of $20,000.00 for the purpose
ditches.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby
notice as provided by law.
