BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 17th day of September, 1973,
at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the annual budget for the fiscal year
of 1973.
An additiona~ppropriation in the amount of $7,095.00
from the Revenue Sharing Fund for the following purposes:
$4,115.00 to be applied on the cost of a Street Sweeper
and $2,980.00 to be applied on a Catch Basin Cleaner~ for the
Street Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 20th day of i~August, 1973.
