Common Council of the City of Jefferson-
Common Council will meeti~:in the City-
BE IT RESOLVED by the
ville, Indiana, that said
County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 4th day of
September, 1973, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and
determining whehter an emergency exists for the passage of an
ordinance making the following appropriations in addition to the
annual budget for the fiscal year of 1973.
A special appropriation from the Revenue Sharing Fund
in the amount of $7,000.00 for the Sewage Department
for 1 sludge truck POTV hoist.
A special appropriation from the Revenue Sharing Fund
in the amount of $5,000.00 fro the Sewage Department for
cBlvert pipe.
A special appropriation from the Revenue Sharing Fund in
the amount of $27,000.00 for the Clerk-Treasurer's Office
for an Electronic Accounting Computer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 6t___~h .day of August L 1973.
