BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-
County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the~day of
July, 1973, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and
determing whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance
making the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget
adopted for the fiscal year of 1973~
,Special and additional appropriations in the amount of
$15,605.60 from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund
and $140,450.40 from the Local Roads and Streets Fund
for the purpose of reconstruction of 8th Street from the
railroad track at Eastlawn School east to the City Limits
and for the purpose of reconstruction of Ohio Avenue.
The toatl appropriation for these two projects being the
sum of $156,056.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
