BE IT ORDAINED by the

Residential:
Being part of Survey ll of the Illinois Grant, Clark County,
State of Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Survey No. 11,
the True Point of Beginning; thence S. 35° 25' E. ~47.40 feet
to a point in the westerly right-of-way line of the Baltimore
and Ohio Railroad; thence with said right-of-way line N. 22°
53' E. 1280.40 feet to a point; thence leaving said right-of-way
line on a line bearing N. 35° 25' W. 65.0 feet to a point
in the line between said Survey No. 11 and Surveys 20 and 21;
thence.with said line S. 54° 53' W., 1089.0 feet to a point,
the True Point of Beginning, containing 10.105 acres, more or
less.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
