ORDINANCE NO. 73-0R-~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS
WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has
become necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary
items, and
WHEREAS, there is now ~ithin the same department sufficient
moneys to pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
Section 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter set out within each
department shall be transferred as indicated:

Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
