An Ordinance Approving the Interlocal Cooperation
Agreement Relating to Kentuckiana Regional Planning
and Development Agency, to be entered into by and
between the Jefferson Area Development District and
the Falls of the Ohio Metropolitan Council of Governj
ments, and also Authorizing the Execution of said
Agreement
BE IT ORDAINED BY The Common Council of the City of Jef-
fer$onville, to-wit:
Section 1. That the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement
Relating to Kentuckiana Regional Planning and Development
Agency, to be entered into by and between the Jefferson Area
Development District and the Falls of the Ohio Metropolitan
Council of Governments, a copy of which said Agreement is
attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as an Exhibit,
is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the proper officers of this City are
hereby authorized to execute said Agreement is the name of
Jeffersonville in Clark County, State of Indiana.
