Appropriations from the Cumulative Capital Improvement
Fund and from the Local Roads and Streets Fund.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 4th day of June, 1973, at a regular
meeting of the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville, Indiana,
held in the City-County Building of said City, the Common Council passed
a resolution fixing the 2nda~a9fof July, 1973,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
NOW, THEREFORE,
OF JEFFERSONVILLE,
That
INDIANA:
Section 1.
an emergency exists and that there shall be and hereby is
appropriated the following:
Special and additional appropriations in the amount of $15,605.60
from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund and $140,450.40 from
the Local Roads and Streets Fund for the purpose of reconstruction
of 8th Street from the railroad track at Eastlawn School east to
the City Limits and for the purpose of reconstruction of Ohio
Avenue. The Total appropriation for these two projects being the
sum of $156,056.00.
