From the Revenue Sharing Fund.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 7th day of May, 1973, at a regular
meeting of the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
held in the City-County Building of said City, the Common Council
passed a resolution fixing the 4th day of June, 1973, at 7:30 P.M.,
at the City-County Building, in said City as the time and place
for a meeting of the said Common Council for the purpose of considerin9
and determining whether an emergency esists for the passage of an
ordinance making an appropriation from the fund hereinafter set out, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer has given notice of the time,
place and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law,
and
WHEREAS, it having been determined by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville that an emergency exists for the appropriation
hereinafter set out and for the purpose stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:

That an emergency exists and
appropriated the following:
A special appropriation from the Revenue Sharing Fund in
amount of $5,918.32 for the payment of repairs to ~wing
Lane Pool.
that there shall be and hereby

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
