An Ordinance Authorizing a Special Appropriation
from the Revenue Sharing Fund.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 5th day of March, 1973, at a
regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, held in the City-County Building of said City, the Common
Council passed a resolution fixing the 2nd day of April, 1973, at
7:30 P.M., at the City-County Building in said City as the time and
place for a meeting of the said Common Council for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the
passage of an ordinance making an appropriation from the funds
hereinafter set out, and
WHEREAS, the

WHEREAS, it having been determined by the Common Council of
the City of Jeffersonville that an emergency exists for the appro-
priation hereinafter set out and for the purpose stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDIANED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That an emergency exists and that
is appropriated the following:

in the amount of $3,081.00, for the purpose ~f purchasing
new bedding for the sleeping quarters of the fire stations.
Section 2.
ThiS ordinance shall be in full force and
its passage and approval by the State Board
