An Ordinance Authorizi~9~ a Special Appropriation
from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 21st day of February, at a special
meeting of the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
held in the City-County B~]lding of said City, the Common Council
passed a resolution fixing the 2nde, day of April, 1973,at 7:30 P.M.,
at the City-County Building in said City as the time and place for
a meeting of the said Common Council for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of an
ordinance making an appropriation from the funds hereinafter set
out, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer has given notice of the time,
place and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by law,
and
WHEREAS, it having been determined by the Common Council
of the City of Jeffersonville that an emergency exists for the
appropriations hereinafter set out and for the purpose stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL Of

Section 1.
That an emergency exists and that
appropriated the following:
A special appropriation

purchase of Park Land.
