ORDINANCE NO. 74-0R-~~--
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
FUNDS WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergenci~e have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items,
and
WHEREAS, there is now within the
