An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property from
Residential to B-2, Service Business.
BE 'IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1527, be amended
in that the property hereinafter described is reclassified and rezoned
as follows:
From Residential to B-2, Service Business
Being part of Lots ~l and #2, all of Lo~s #3, ~a, ~, #6, #7 and
#8 in Block #16; Part of Third Street (~acated), and all of Lots
#1, #2, #3, #h and #~ in Block #21, all in the City of Jefferson-
rifle, Indiana, and being further described as fellows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Market Street and Illinois
Avenue in said City~ thence N. ~° 2~' 25" E. along the Easterly line
of Illinois Avenue 88.~0 feet to an iron pipe, TP~ TRUE PLACE OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing N. k° 2~' 25" E. along said Easterly
line 630.h0 feet to an iron pipe on the Southeast corner of Illinois
Avenue and Fourth Street; thence S. 85° l?: 0~" E. along the
Southerly line of Fourth Street lll.~h feet to an iron pipe on the

to THE PLACE OF ~GIN~ING~ containing 2,923 square feet, more or les~,
more commonly known as 807 Third Street.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
